Weapon Concept Art: Apatite

This concept art of this weapon was inspired by precious gems, specifically blue and red Apatite. Apatite comes in dark red, almost brown colors, and blue, teal, and green. Apatite is a dual-action stone used to clear away confusion and negativity while inviting the need to expand knowledge. The duality nature of the stone inspired dual blades with different colored stones housed in them. The stone is extremely heat-sensitive, which inspired me to make the red apatite shoot fireballs out of that blade. The blue apatite can ease negative emotions. The magic circle in the corner is summoned at the end of the blade when the stones are used for their intended purpose; the colors different depending on which stone is used. Both stones can't be used at the same time. This was drawn using IbisPaint X and touched up using Clip Studio Paint.
